Up for sale is one of the harder-to-find postwar GP-9 locomotives, the 2349 Northern Pacific locomotive from the 1959 / 1960 era. This road switcher has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. The exterior colors are crisp and vibrant and the side lettering and graphics are in great condition. The main apologies on this locomotive is some battery damage to the frame as seen in the final 3 photos above. The good news is most of the damage is on the top interior of the frame -- the bottom is minimal and there is only minor oxidation by one cab door on the exterior (see photo 7). Otherwise, the rest of the diesel is in great condition and graded a 7 to 7+. Overall, a nice looking diesel from the exterior.
