Now available for sale is a gorgeous, all-original and near-new Virginian EL-C electric locomotive. This particular diesel has been fully cleaned serviced, tested and is ready to run or more appropriately be displayed within your collection. The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering and graphics are extremely clean and in pristine condition plus the frame is spotless! Lastly, all functionality works as designed by Lionel, including the original pantograph plus the frame, trucks and couplers are clean and free of rust and oxidation. As seen in the photo above, there is the slightest hint of wheel wear, most likely due to being test run or used for a only few minutes.
Also included with this beautiful Virginian locomotive is its original box, wrapping paper, instructions plus one of the two original inserts! The box is nice and solid, free of staining plus it includes all original flaps. One of the two original inserts are included as well as the original wrapping paper -- which does have some minor tears due to storage. Lastly, the original instructions are also included and properly dated 1958.
