Up for sale is a beautiful -- and somewhat hard-to-find -- maroon roof 2321 Lackwanna FM Trainmaster locomotive. This one-year-only diesel has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and it runs like a champ! The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering is complete and not faded nor worn plus the side walkways are clean with minimal tarnishing. Each end does have the traditional screwhole cracks, however the interior is extremely clean and there is no rust on the battery holder. Lastly, the locomotive is free of rust and oxidation. Overall, a beautiful locomotive that is ready for a display case or running on your railroad.
Also included with this Trainmaster locomotive is its original box, insert and instructions. The instructions are correctly dated 1954 as is the box, it too is dated 1954. The box and insert are solid, free of stains and holes but there is period era writing on one side.
