Up for sale is a clean, all-original Hudson steam locomotive with a 2046W whistling tender. These units are from 1953 as the steamer has white heat stamped cab numbers and the tender has bar-end trucks. Both units have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and all functional operates as designed by Lionel. The exterior colors are nice, the side lettering and numbers are crisp and complete however there are small and minor surface marks from usage, but no damage. Lastly, the tender shell is an original postwar component that includes both rear steps -- each free of nicks, chips and cracks. Lastly, there is no rust nor oxidation on the frame, trucks nor couplers and the steamer and tender are close to condition 7+.
