Up for sale is a beautiful and all-original 2026 Prairie steam locomotive with a 6466T non-whistling tender from the early 1950's. This steam locomotive is the later variation without nickel-rimmed drive wheels and having the 2-6-4 wheel arrangement.
Both the steam locomotive and non-whistling tender have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. The e-unit cycles properly, the smoke unit operates perfectly plus the front headlight does illuminate. The exterior colors are vibrant while the side lettering is crisp and clean. The drive rods are original parts but do have some tarnishing on the exterior. Lastly, the tender shell is an original shell and neither the tender nor steamer show any signs of rust nor oxidation.
