Here's a beautiful and all-original Water Tower from its first year of production: 1953. This tower has been cleaned, looks great with vibrant colors, has a straight tower and best of all it's been tested and works perfectly. There is no damage to the tower however the top water tank has some scotch tape reside on the exterior in a couple of locations. It can be seen when viewed closely to the tower, but from 2'+ away, it's barely noticeable. Lastly, the bottom base and workman's hut are clean and free of any damage, rust and oxidation.
Also included with the water tower is its original Corrugated Brown box, the original insert and instructions. The instructions are clean and complete as well as correctly dated 1953 on the back page. Additionally, the insert is solid and free of tears. Also, the box is solid, has all internal and external flaps, is stamped 1953 on the base plus there is no tape on the flaps however there is some minor aging on the exterior.
