Here's an absolutely gorgeous, all-original 1946 Prairie steam locomotive with a 2466WX whistling tender. Both the steam locomotive and whistling tender have been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operate perfectly. The e-unit cycles properly, the front headlight does illuminate, the tender whistle is loud and strong and the steamer runs like a champ! The exterior colors are pristine, the side lettering is crisp and clean and the drive rods appear to be original postwar parts. Lastly, the tender shell is an original shell that is free of chips, cracks and damage -- plus neither the tender nor steamer show any signs of rust nor oxidation. Overall condition of both items is easily an 8 if not a bit higher!
