Up for sale is a beautiful, undamaged, all-original steam switcher and tender. Externally, both units have vibrant exterior colors, clean and crisp side lettering and graphics plus there are no surface nicks, marks nor chips. Additionally, the frame, wheels and coupler are free of rust and oxidation and nothing is repaired nor damaged on either unit. The steamer has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and runs like a dream -- nice and smooth -- plus all functionality operates just as designed by Lionel.
Also included with the steamer and tender are their original boxes. The steam switcher box is complete, solid and free of writing and stains. Overall condition of the steamer box is a 9! The tender box is missing one interior flap and as seen in the photos above, has a tear on the side that has unfortunately been repaired with clear tape on the exterior. Condition of the tender box is a 7.
