Up for sale is a nice and clean Gateman with it's original box, insert, packing envelope, track activator and instructions. This trackside accessory is the harder-to-find red roof variation plus it has been cleaned, serviced, tested and operates perfectly. The exterior colors on the base and structure are clean and all components are original postwar parts. There is no damage to the accessory but it does have some signs of usage on the green base. Lastly, crossbuck sign is complete, the base is free of rust nor oxidation and two of the four small tabs on the bottom have broken off.
Also included with this Gateman is a nice original box which is correctly dated 1950 for the red roof variation plus all interior and exterior flaps are attached although one of the larger top flaps has tape on the interior securing the flap to the box. The original insert is complete and solid and the accessory includes original instructions (also correctly dated 1950) as well as the packing envelope and a clean 145C track activator.
