Now available for sale is a near-new, barely used Southern Pacific box car. This somewhat hard-to-find, uncatalogued box car was only manufactured for a single year: 1979. Externally, the colors are gorgeous, the side lettering and graphics are pristine plus the die-cast sprung trucks and frame are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Overall, a beautiful box car.
Also included with the freight car is the original box, although one end flap is torn and a section is missing on the flap. The rest of the box is complete, but as seen in the photos is a bit worn and aged.
