This full, unopened, never used bag of artificial grass is brand new, unsold inventory from a small electronic / appliance store in the Somerville area of NJ which sold Lionel trains during the 1950's & 1960's.
There's not much to say about this accessory other than it's brand new and would be an interesting addition and conversation piece for someone's postwar Lionel collection.
