Here's the somewhat hard-to-find Libby's crushed pineapple vat car from the mid-1970's. This freight car has clean exterior colors with crisp, complete side lettering and graphics on each vat. Lastly, the trucks and base are clean and free of rust plus all four corner steps are present, although one has a hairline crack in the step.
Also included is the original box that is complete with all interior and exterior flaps as well as some shelf wear on the exterior. It is interesting to note one end flap is stamped Dole Pineapple Car while the opposite end has a paper label stating the freight car is the Libby's Pineapple Car.
