Here's a beautiful 8564 Union Pacific U33B diesel from 1975 wearing the traditional and colorful Union Pacific yellow and gray paint scheme. The diesel is brand new, never used and truly New Old Stock inventory from 1975. Externally, the diesel has pristine colors with vibrant side lettering and graphics. Internally, the frame, motor and trucks are as clean as the exterior and free or rust and oxidation. The motor has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and it runs like a champ. Lastly, the lights work properly, the e-unit is functional and the front functional coupler is fully operational.
Also included with the diesel are all original paperwork items including:
- Original warranty card.
- Lionel Service Station Listing.
- An original Lionel box that is as solid as a brick -- but not the correct box for the 8564 (it's actually a box for the 8364 B & O F3). Also included is a complete syrofoam insert.
