Up for sale is a brand new, never used and truly New Old Stock Chessie U36B diesel from 1974. Externally, this diesel has pristine prototypical colors with vibrant side lettering and graphics. Internally, the frame, motor and trucks are as clean as the exterior and free or rust and oxidation. The motor has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and it runs like a champ. Lastly, the lights work properly, the three position manual e-unit is functional and the functional couplers are complete. The only apology is a timy paint flake on the short nose end by the decal (see 6th photo above).
Also included with the diesel are all original paperwork items including:
- Warranty Card
- An original box that is as solid as a brick, includes all internal and external flaps plus a complete syrofoam insert.
