Now available for sale is Lionel's prewar whistle and direction controller manufactured between 1936 and 1939. This controller has been tested and does operate properly. Externally, the case is great condition, free of rust and damage and the top plate is in nice condition with legible writing. The original box is in decent condition, but missing most flaps on one end.
