Now available for sale is a New Old Stock # 665 Hudson Steamer with a 736W Pennsylvania Tender from 1966!
This gorgeous Hudson steamer and tender are absolutely brand new and have never been used! According to the prior owner, this steamer and tender combination were purchased from Madison Hardware in the early 1990's when their inventory was moved from New York City to Michigan. However, there is no paperwork supporting this history, although the external condition is consistent with many items sold from the Michigan location; unrun and simply in fantastic condition.
This steam locomotive and whistling tender have a factory fresh exterior with pristine colors and perfect side lettering. There is not a surface nick, mark nor blemish on either unit and both the steamer and tender have the correct green wired armatures indicating mid-1960's production. Additionally, both units have been tested and all functionality including the smoke unit, e-unit, light, whistle and magnetraction work perfectly. Lastly, neither unit has ever been on the track and show no signs of ever being used.
