Up for sale is a gorgeous, near-new Allis-Chalmers flatcar -- with both brakewheels 100% attached and not cracked, repaired nor replaced! The exterior colors are vibrant while the side lettering and graphics are clean, crisp and complete. Additionally, both AAR trucks are complete and fully functional, the thin wire "tie downs" are not bent nor damaged and the condenser is complete and not nicked, chipped nor damaged.
Also included with this hard-to-find freight car is its original Perforated Panel box. The box is in decent condition, but does have some flaws. The box does include both end and tuck flaps, both coupler flaps and three of the four interior flaps. However, there is clear tape on the interior of several flaps and there is a small puncture hole on the back panel. Overall, a beautiful, undamaged freight car that does not often surface for sale.
