Now available for sale is a New Old Stock # 6475 Libby's Crushed Pineapple Vat Car from 1963!
Up for sale is a new, unused Libby's Crushed Pineapple Vat Car that was only manufactured for a single year: 1963. This uncatalogued freight car is complete with nothing broken nor damaged and has all four corner steps still attached to the body. Additionally, the vats are original postwar vats, the frame is in new condition, the trucks are complete and the wheels show no signs of ever being on the track.
Unfortunately, one side is slightly faded from sun or light exposure and not a true teal blue color (see second photo above). Additionally, part of the roof has also faded due to this situation. However, if you're looking to display a Libby's vat car, one side looks stunning!
