Here's an absolutely beautiful New Haven box car from 1957. This freight car has the later AAR style trucks and a Type III body mold. The exterior colors are pristine and the side lettering and graphics are crisp, clean and complete -- plus nothing is worn nor faded. Lastly, the frame, door guides and trucks are in great condition and free of rust and oxidation. Overall, a gorgeous box car that would look great on a layout or display case.
Also included is a nice and solid original Late Classic box. The box has all internal and external flaps but one end flap is attached upside down.
