Here's a clean, all-original Western Pacific box car from the early 1950's. This box car has a vibrant silver exterior color with crisp and complete side lettering, graphics and decals. The frame, trucks, couplers and door guides are all clean and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, there are no dings, nicks nor chips on this freight car but there are a couple of minor surface marks on the box car from usage.
Also included with the box car is a nice and solid original box. The box has all interior and exterior flaps including both coupler flaps although there is clear tape on the interior of several flaps. Additionally, one end flap and its side has reside from tape plus there is some light soiling or aging on the exterior. Overall, a decent box that is usually located in poor condition.
