Now available for sale is a beautiful maroon hopper from mid-1950's. This hopper has the correct bar-end trucks with magnetic couplers as well as vibrant exterior colors along with clean and complete side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the body is complete, not damaged nor chipped although there are a couple of very minor paint flakes on the exterior. Lastly, the trucks and base plate are clean and free of rust and oxidation plus the interior of the hopper is clean and free of nicks and surface marks.
Also included with the hopper is its original box. The box is in mediocre condition with shelf wear on the exterior and all flaps clear-taped to the box on one end. However, the box does include both end and tuck flaps, both coupler flaps and three of the four interior flaps. Overall a beautiful freight car with a decent box.
