Up for sale is one of the rarest and all-original 6424 flatcar. This freight car has the rare 6805 flatcar mold with rail stops at each end, two rare colored original automobiles plus a gorgeous original box! Below is a summary of the freight car and box for sale:
- The flatcar is in gorgeous condition showing minimal to no signs of usage. The color is vibrant, the side lettering is crips and complete plus the metal components are free of rust and oxidation. This is certainly a low-mileage freight car. Additionally, this 6424 freight car is the rare variation from the 1959 era with the 6805 rails stops at both ends!
- The original box included with the freight car is the correct and somewhat rare 6424-110 variation box in condition 8! The box is solid, has nice colors and printing, all interior and exterior flaps are present but there is clear tape on the exterior of one end flap and some very minor shelf wear on the one end,
- Regarding the two original automobiles, one is the dark yellow -- or mustard yellow -- version while the second is the true cream colored auto. The cars has nice and clean and free of any blemishes or swirls of color. Lastly, there are no repairs nor flaws to the cars or the bumpers plus the wheels turn freely.
