Now available for sale is a nice operator grade D. L. & W. work caboose with the center searchlight. This caboose has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and the searchlight is fully functional. The work caboose has vibrant exterior colors with clean and crisp side lettering and graphics plus the trucks and couplers are clean and functional and all four corner metal steps are present.
Unfortunately, there are a few apologies on the caboose. First, the rear roof overhang has a hairline stress crack plus each of the tool bins have a crack or chip along the perimeter. Otherwise, the caboose looks great and could spruce up any operator grade layout.
