Here's a gorgeous Delaware, Lackawanna & Western work caboose from the mid-1950's. The exterior colors on this work caboose are pristine while the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete. Additionally, there are no chips, nicks nor damage to either the caboose or tool bins. Lastly, the bar-end trucks and couplers are free of rust and oxidation plus all four corner metal footsteps are still present on the caboose frame.
In addition to a beautiful caboose, there is a solid original box and insert. The insert is complete and not torn nor damaged. The original box is missing one interior flap and one end flap has clear tape on the interior. Overall, a nice and clean original box and insert.
