Now available for sale is the somewhat hard-to-find Lionel Lines variation of the 6417 caboose. This one-year-only offering from 1954 is in absolutely stunning condition as the externally the colors are near-new while the side lettering and graphics are in perfect condition. Additionally, the caboose is free of nicks, chips and cracks, the interior light has been tested and works properly plus the end railings are complete and not cracked nor broken. Lastly, there is no rust nor oxidation on the frame nor trucks.
Also included with the caboose is a nice, solid and original Middle Classic box with the correct 6417-25 number. The box looks great plus it has both end and tuck flaps, both coupler flaps plus three of the four inner flaps. Overall, a very nice box that is hard to find as the caboose itself.
