Now available for sale is a gorgeous, all-original illuminated caboose from the mid-1950's. This caboose has the Type II Circle L graphics on the sides of the caboose. Externally, the caboose is pristine with vibrant colors along with clean and crisp side lettering and graphics. Additionally, there are no nicks, chips nor damage on the caboose and the interior light does work properly. Lastly, this caboose has bar end trucks without the side tab plus it is free of rust and oxidation although there are some paint chips on the end railings.
Also included is it's original Late Classic box. As seen in the photos above, the box is in poor condition, but it has protected the caboose over the years.
