Up for sale is a clean, all-original New York Central culvert gondola from the mid-1950's. This gondola is the earlier variation with bar-end truck as well as a solid reproduction box. The exterior colors are clean and the side lettering is crisp and complete plus the freight car includes seven culverts (which appear to be original postwar culverts). Lastly, the frame, trucks, couplers and interior culvert tray are free of rust and oxidation. Below is a summary of the features:

Note: The 6th photo above appears as though the black tray has rust on the left side. That is not the case, those marks are small or minor nicks in the metal tray from usage and not rust nor oxidation.
