Now available for sale is a beautiful Burlington Route Center Cab diesel locomotive. This one-year-only diesel was manufactured in 1956 and is the hardest of the center cab locomotives to find these days. This diesel has clean and vibrant exterior colors with nice side lettering and graphics. Externally, the silver paint has held up very well, there are minor surface marks from usage plus all window struts are complete and not cracked and no crack by the screwhole in the shell. Additionally, the interior is in gorgeous condition with a clean frame, original wiring and the trucks, wheels and couplers are free of rust and oxidation. Finally, the motor has been thoroughly cleaned, service, tested and is runs like a champ!
