Now available for sale is a beautiful Burlington Route Center Cab diesel locomotive. This one-year-only diesel was manufactured in 1956 and is the hardest of the center cab locomotive to find these days. The locomotive has clean and vibrant exterior colors with decent side lettering and graphics -- however there are some very light surface marks on the top of the cab roof as well as paint rub marks along the top perimeter. Excluding these top surface marks, the rest of the cab is in condition 7. All window struts are complete and not cracked plus there is no crack by the screwhole in the shell. Additionally, the interior is in gorgeous condition with a clean frame, original wiring and the trucks, wheels and couplers are free of rust and oxidation. Finally, the motor has been thoroughly cleaned, service, tested and is runs like a champ!
