Up for sale is the rare red flatcar variation of the popular 6262 Wheel Car. This freight car is extremely clean, undamaged and all eight wheel sets are original postwar components. This freight car has vibrant exterior colors with clean and crisp lettering that is not faded nor worn. Lastly, the base, couplers and trucks are free of rust and oxidation.
Also included with the freight car is a nice and clean original box. All 6262 boxes are generally in poor condition due to the wheels rolling around inside the box. However, this box is in surprisingly nice condition as it has all internal and external flaps and there is tape only a couple of interior flaps.
