Up for sale is a gorgeous 6262 Wheel Car with a poor original box. This particular freight car is extremely clean, undamaged and all six wheel sets are original postwar components. It has vibrant exterior colors with clean and crisp lettering that is not faded nor worn. Lastly, the base, couplers and trucks look factory fresh and are free of rust and oxidation.
Also included with the freight car is the original box. The original box is rough and has six of its original eight flaps plus there is interior tape and one end flap has been replaced with a flap from a 6800-2 box. Overall, there are flaws but is still strong enough to protect the freight car.
