Up for sale is a traditional red caboose manufactured by Lionel in the early 1950's. This particular caboose is clean and has a nice, undamaged, molded red shell. The exterior colors are vibrant while the side lettering is extremely clean, complete and only has a couple of minor lightly printed numbers. The base and trucks are clean and free of rust and oxidation plus the end railings are in nice condition. Lastly, this caboose has the earlier staple-end trucks from the 1951 / 1952 era.
