Up for sale is the one-year-only, uncatalogued Wix Filters box car from 1959. This freight car is the cream-colored variation -- as shown in photo 5 where the interior is the same color as the exterior. Externally, the colors are clean, the printing is crisp and complete but there is some aging on the plastic body. The trucks and couplers are complete and function but the metal frame has some light oxidation beginning on the base. Lastly, there are no nicks, chips nor damage to the body plus the catwalk ends are complete. Overall, a nice and respectable box car that rarely appears for sale.
