Up for sale is a nice and clean Lionel gondola from the mid-1950's -- with four add-on 6112-25 original red canisters! This particular variation of the 6012 is the later variation with bar-end trucks and has vibrant exterior colors with clean and crisp heat stamped side lettering. Lastly, the body is free of nicks, chips and damage plus the trucks are clean and complete.
Also included with this freight car is its original Middle Classic box. The box is solid with both end and tuck flaps and all four interior flaps, but is missing both coupler flaps -- plus there is some light soiling on the exterior. Lastly, four original postwar 6112-25 red canisters are included with the gondola. These canisters were never sold with this gondola, but included in the sale as it makes for a nice looking freight car.
