Here's a gorgeous Lindsay Brothers Binder & Twine Reefer from the early 1980's. This style box car was a significant change from Lionel's traditional decoration as the 5700 through 5707 reefers were Lionel's first ever weathered or distressed exterior on a freight car. This particular freight car is in near-new condition with vibrant exterior colors and clean, crisp side lettering and graphics. Lastly, the box car has the premium die-cast sprung metal trucks and there is no rust, oxidation, damage, nicks nor chips on the freight car -- plus the original box is complete, solid and in great condition.
