Now available for sale is the scarce and very hard-to-find # 419 Heliport Control Tower. This one-year-only accessory from 1962 includes all peripheral parts, the original box plus the rare original insert as well as the rare original # 419-35 Parts Envelope which includes:
- One # 465-6 Antenna Stand
- Two # 465-7 Antenna
- Two # 465-5 Horns (installed on the roof)
- One # 3419-31 Helicopter Stand
- One # 3419-100 Helicopter
- One # 419-24 Instruction Sheet
This Heliport tower has recently been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and works perfectly every time! The fragile helicopter is an original and correct # 3419-100 copter and is complete except for the top rear rotor blade which has been replaced. Additionally, the helicopter has the required "BUILT BY LIONEL" on the right side of the tail skid.
Finally, the original box, insert and instructions are also included. The instructions are nice and clean plus the insert is solid and not torn nor mangled. The original box is solid and complete with all flaps as well as nice exterior colors.
