Now available for sale is a beautiful, clean and very hard to find 413 Countdown Control Panel with its original box and instructions. This accessory was only offered in 1962 and is somewhat rare -- especially with a decent original box and instructions. This controller is complete, not damaged and functions just as designed by Lionel 60 years ago. The top lettering is crisp and clean and the base is free of rust and oxidation.
Also included is the original box and instructions. The instructions are clean, complete and not torn nor damaged and correctly dated 1962. The box is nice and square, solid and has all internal and external flaps, but there is some clear tape on a couple interior flaps. Externally, one end has a bit of fading or aging but the remainder of the box is crisp and clean. Lastly, the price tag appears to be $3.95 and was sold at Joe Fix-It Toy Village.
