Additional Comments: Up for sale is easily one of the hardest postwar accessory envelopes to locate these days. It's a New Old Stock Lionel envelope that was included with the # 38 Water Tower in 1946 & 1947. Although this envelope has never been used in the prior 75+ years, the tablets have completely disintegrated into powder within their original plastic packaging material. This envelope is complete, undamaged, has crisp printing and some very, very light discoloring on the exterior from the tablets.
