Now available for sale is an all original postwar searchlight and pole accessory which can be used in conjunction with the 3530 Generator box car -- or wired separately as a stand-alone accessory. This add-on accessory is the less common blue telephone pole base variation and includes original wiring, original end connectors for the box car, original searchlight with the magnet in the base and a complete and undamaged telephone pole. The only missing component is the decorative gray pole that would be parallel to the telephone pole which carried the wires to the top of the telephone pole -- otherwise the rest of the components are in condition 7 to 7+! Lastly, the light and wiring have been tested and operate properly -- plus this clean accessory is nice and compact and requires only a very small section of real estate on a layout.
