Up for are two functional prewar # 35 Boulevard Lamp Posts as well as two non-functional or parts only lamp posts. Below is a summary of the lamps for sale:
- All four of the lamps are the gray painted variation -- which was a one-year-only option in 1942.
- Each of the two functional lamps have been tested and operate properly.
- The other two lamp posts that are not functional have been tested, but neither light works when a bulb is installed into the top bulb socket.
- The globe lens and crown are a single unit reproduction item and simply lift up to replace the light bulb.
- As seen in the photos, there are plenty surface nicks and marks from usage on all four lamp posts.
Note: These style lamps were produced during both the Lionel prewar era (1940 - 1942) as well as the Lionel postwar era (1945 - 1949).
