Now available for sale is a clean, all-original 3472 operating milk car with a postwar platform and set of magnetic milk cans. This operating milk car has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. The freight car itself is graded at a 7+ with vibrant exterior colors as well as clean and crisp side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the base, trucks and wheels are free of rust and oxidation, the side doors are original postwar doors plus there is no damage to the freight car body. Also included with the freight car is an original postwar platform, a reproduction top shiny platform and original postwar milk cans. The platform is free of rust and damage, but as seen in the photos the base has surface paint nicks and chips but no damage and is graded at a 6 to 6+.
