Now available for sale is a nice and clean ore dump car from 1947. This freight car is the harder-to-find green variation that has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is fully operational. The exterior paint is clean, the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete however there are a handful of small paint nicks along the top edge from usage. Otherwise, this ore dump car is free of rust and oxidation plus nothing is broken or damaged and its overall condition is almost a 7+.
In addition to the freight car, original instructions dated 1947 are included as well as an original, undamaged # 160 dump bin, full bag of # 207 coal plus the original box and insert. The Art Deco box is nice, solid and complete although there is some clear tape on the exterior end flaps -- but is still in nice condition. Lastly, the insert is complete and not torn plus the # 160 bakelite bin is complete and not cracked nor damaged.
