Additional Comments: Here's a nice, clean and solid box for the 3444 Erie animated gondola from the late 1950's. This Late Classic box is usually located in poor condition, however this example is solid, nice and square and has all interior and exterior flaps -- plus there is no tape on the interior! Externally, the colors are vibrant and the only blemish is a small surface layer of orange was peeled off on one of the shorter sides (see the 2nd photo above). If you have a nice and clean 3444 gondola, this would be a great addition to the freight car.
