Now available for sale is a gorgeous, all-original Erie animated gondola. This gondola has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. Both figures are original postwar figures and the exterior colors are vibrant with nice, clean side lettering. Lastly, there is no rust nor oxidation on the base nor trucks.
Also included is a decent original box with both end and tuck flaps, all four interior flaps but only one of the two coupler flaps are present -- plus there is clear tape on the interior of several flaps. Additionally, original instructions dated 1957 are also included with this freight car.
