Here's a nice and clean, all-original Erie animated gondola from the mid-1950's. This freight car has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. Both figures are original postwar components, the exterior colors are vibrant plus the side lettering and graphics are in nice condition. Additionally, the trucks and couplers are clean and free of rust and oxidation, however the bottom of the frame has a couple of tiny oxidation spots just starting. Lastly, there is a barely visible, hairline crack on the lower corner of the gondola (about 3/8") -- as shown in Photo 5 above.
