The base is clean, the trucks and couplers are complete and there's no rust nor oxidation on any of the components. Additionally, the USMC repro helicopter is complete and not nicked, chipped nor cracked. Lastly, the launching mechanism has been tested and works properly. Finally, the AAR trucks are complete, functional and the early closed journal style.
