Now available for sale is a clean, complete and fully functional Bronx Zoo Giraffe stock car. This freight car is the harder-to-find green body variation from the mid-1960's. It has gorgeous exterior colors with clean and crisp side lettering and graphics however there is a tiny chip on one catwalk end (see 8th photo above). Additionally, the frame, AAR trucks and dual functional couplers are clean, complete and free of rust and oxidation plus the giraffe is a postwar giraffe that is complete with nothing broken nor damaged.
Also included with the freight car is an equally clean and complete set of instructions (dated 1961) as well as a complete set of undamaged telltale poles and track activation equipment.
