Additional Comments: Now available for sale is a complete, near-new but empty Lionel envelope for Super-O rail insulators. This envelope is complete, undamaged and has crisp, complete printing plus all four corners are nice and square. Also, there is no writing nor staining on the exterior and the rear flap is still attached.
