Now available for sale is the popular and impressive 313 Bascule Bridge. This particular bridge is the prewar variation and has vibrant exterior colors, is free of damage, all functionality operates just as designed by Lionel however there is warpage on the base. The actual accessory is closer to condition 7 with nothing broken nor damaged, but with the base warpage, it's graded at a 6.
Due to the warpage, it might be best to use the bridge as a stationary item on your layout. However, if you're creative, you can certainly install it to be fully functional. Included with the accessory are the following:
- Original box, has all internal and external flaps but shows moisture damage on the exterior.
- Two of many original inserts
- Black U shaped frame for the bridge
Finally, as you'll see on the shipping label, the bridge was purchased from General Electric Supply company in Patterson NJ and shipped on July 14, 1941!
