Additional Comments: Now available for sale is a beautiful original Middle Classic box and insert for the 2671W tender. This tender box was available with the 671 in both 1949 and 1950 as well as the 681 that was manufactured between 1950 and 1952. The box has beautiful exterior colors, is solid, nice and square plus it's free of writing, stains and there is no tape on the interior nor exterior. The box includes all interior flaps and the insert is solid and not torn or missing any folded flaps. The only apology is some shelf wear on one side as seen in the 6th photo above. Overall, a nice box that is usually found in less than collector condition.
